The Krausz Palota (Andrássy 12 Office Building) is situated at the heart of Budapest, boasting a prime location on Andrássy út (a part of the World Heritage), as well as Révay utca and Dobó utca. Originally constructed in 1885 as per the designs of renowned architect Zsigmond Quittner, the building was adorned with the creations of many notable artists from the late 19th century.
Krausz Palota underwent a renovation in 2002 to meet art historical standards. Recently, the building was refurbished and now offers 4,600 sq m of high-quality office space across five floors.
